In March 2023, Joe and Hayley set off on their first trip to the beautiful coast of Cornwall. Joe had already met Hayley’s mum and dad, but this time he was introduced to even more of her wonderful family — and instantly felt like he was part of one big, warm-hearted team. Everyone made him feel so welcome, and it didn’t take long for Cornwall to steal a special place in his heart too.
Exploring together, they discovered just how magical the seaside could be — from wandering the charming streets of St Ives (Joe’s new favourite spot!) to sharing (Sort-of) Philp’s pasties, which is Hayley’s must-haves on every visit. Between the sea breeze, laughter, and a few cheeky drinks overlooking the waves, every moment felt like its own little adventure.
It was a trip full of love, laughter, and coastal charm — and as the sun set over the ocean, Joe and Hayley knew this was just the beginning. They both couldn’t wait to continue seeing the world, side by side.
